Cédric Favresse

Having studied the saxophone in the Jazz Studio with Ben Sluijs, Cédric Favresse pursues his forming to the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles with Jeroen Van Herzeel. He directs Collapse with Alain Deval since 2006. He performs in jazz projects as Citta Collectif, Sputnik, Guacamole Trio but also in world music projects as the Melting pot, Accommodated Of Mansa, Hamid Bouchnak, as well as in The Uppers, a jungle / jazz group. He turns to a style of free improvisation, not hesitating to integrate into his jazz play any sorts of outside influences.
